Jeanswest will happily accept returns on Full Priced Items within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items, however you are able to exchange sale items in one of our retail stores.
Your rights regarding faulty products are protected by the New Zealand Consumer Law. For further information on our returns policy please click here.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new tracking details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. If we are unable to fulfil part of your order this will be refunded back to the purchasing payment method within 5 days.

Fits my female frame ok.
It is hard to find women's jeans without stretch so have to buy men's jeans which of course are not the right shape through the pelvis. Other than that, they are good.

The jeans look good, but had to return them.
While the jeans look good and feel like the Jeanswest quality I know and love. I had to return them as the incorrect length was purchased.
I was also informed by the shop attendant that Jeanswest are phasing out the longer lengths, which disappoints me.

New batch shrinks!
I've purchased this style for my husband for years for work and they have always been true to size and held up in the wash and even the dryer, but the new batches shrink a whole size down in the wash, I cant return them because they have been used but no longer wearable as they dont fit. The new denim material clearly is different and a tad thinner to be completely honest, not sure if I should size up and hope those shrink down a size, baffled, they are a decent looking pair of jeans if you're in your mid 30's and over and dont want anything too slim or tapered and just want a straight pair of jeans that have the classic levis 501 shape, just good luck with not shrinking them by accident
