Jeanswest will happily accept returns on Full Priced Items within 21 days if proof of purchase is provided. Products must be returned unworn and with original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We do not accept change of mind returns on sale items, however you are able to exchange sale items in one of our retail stores.
Your rights regarding faulty products are protected by the New Zealand Consumer Law. For further information on our returns policy please click here.
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may only be available for dispatch from separate locations. In this instance, your order will be split into multiple orders, and will be delivered separately under different tracking numbers. Each time your order is split, you will receive an email notification with the new tracking details. There will not be any additional shipping charges applied to split orders. If we are unable to fulfil part of your order this will be refunded back to the purchasing payment method within 5 days.

Great fit and great price.
I bought these online as was a bit worried about the fit. They are perfect and are fit absolutely true to size. In terms of quality, they’re just as good as my old Levi’s and every bit as comfortable. I bought a long size and they come down just over the back of my shoes which is exactly what I wanted.

Love the colour
I bought these on line for my partner who I haven't been able to get into a jean store for 15 years. They looked just like the old style, especially in colour, and very generous in the leg for those who don't want tight jeans. They fit well but to my surprise my man decided he wanted a more 'fitted' look so I had a reason to drag him into the store. The assisstant at Chermside was magic, he found a suitable style after a few trial and errors, he was so polite and helpful that my partner felt relaxed and willing to try different styles. He came away very happy, with 2 pairs of exceptional quality and value.

Comfortable pair of jeans
I bought two pairs to replace a pair that wore out. Comfortable from the start. Not too tough. Nice colour too. Only problem is the legs are soooo long. Would be so nice to be able to buy a pair of jeans I could wear straight away.

Great basic pair of jeans
I have purchased my husband 5 pairs of these jeans for work, he doesnt like workwear and these jeans are sturdy, roomy and look great. these days its hard to find basic unadulterated jeans thats not tapered or skinny or cuffed. Jeanswest were the only ones that had this style hence purchasing them in multiples
