A few things before you order
How long will my order take, and can you split delivery?
Allow for production and delivery. Where artwork approval is required, production time starts after approval. Check the lead time before ordering for an event. Delivery to multiple addresses may require separate orders or an agreed arrangement, with additional freight costs.
Can I mix sizes and colours or order a sample?
Mix sizes and colours within your chosen pack’s eligible range, subject to availability. Sample options and costs depend on the garment and decoration. An undecorated sample can help you check fit and fabric, but will not show the final print finish.
How much does printing cost?
Printing is an additional AUD $10 per garment, on top of the garment price. Check that the printing charge is included in your order total before paying.
What logo files do I need, and can I check the design?
An original vector file, such as AI, EPS or a vector PDF, is best. For PNG artwork, use the highest-resolution version available and check the upload requirements. If a digital proof is included, check spelling, colours and placement carefully before approving it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Undecorated garments are covered by our standard store returns and refund policy. Custom-printed garments cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including if you select the wrong size. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including where an item is faulty, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet consumer guarantees.
